Residents may participate in a variety of programs, events and activities; develop life-long skills; foster community life; and engage in various aspects of university life. For those seeking off-campus housing, the staff help with navigating the housing search process and provide on-campus resources to acclimate to university life (e.g., dining programs).

Shared Kuleana (Responsibility)
Campus safety and security at HPU is a shared kuleana. No campus or community is completely free from risk but the best protections against campus crime and to protect student health and safety is an alert, aware, and informed community. Safety depends on each member of the campus community taking the responsibility to protect themselves and others.
